Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in financial services or call center preferred.
• Experience with loan products or lending services is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls and emails from members applying for loans.
• Act as trusted lending advisor and close sales of lending products.
• Prepare loan documents and input data in systems accurately.
• Assist with opening/closing accounts and basic loan servicing.
• Prepare analytical reports in MS Excel for management.
• Maintain courteous, professional service in an omni-channel environment.
