Job summary

GermanAmerican Bancorp is seeking a Loan Systems Analyst to support and optimize loan application platforms across consumer, mortgage, and commercial lending. You will work with lending and operations teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and implement enhancements, while creating end-user documentation and training materials.

You will develop project-oriented solutions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to system upgrades that improve accuracy and efficiency in lending operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of banking technology, lending systems, electronic signatures, automation tools, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize loan application systems by assisting users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring functionality meets business needs.
