Job summary

Global Lending Services is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to gather business requirements, document solutions, and prioritize projects across applications development, loan originations, operations, and external partner integrations.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement IT solutions while ensuring quality and timely delivery. A bachelor’s degree and experience with BA techniques are required, with SQL Server familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with BA techniques such as process models, data flow diagrams, or other diagramming tools and models is preferred.
• Intrinsically self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with SQL Server preferred.
• Experience in gathering requirements and software testing is desired.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate and analyze current business problems and identify requirements.
• Establish and maintain liaison with business partners and IT teams to provide technical solutions.
• Communicate insights, findings, and project status with cross-functional teams and management.
• Ensure quality, accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with IT application development, data warehouse teams and infrastructure to design and implement solutions.
• Assist with automating manual processes and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate with external vendors to enable automation and enhancements.
