Responsibilities

• Maintain expertise in loan processes, systems, and workflow technologies.
• Support LV and related loan systems administration and upgrades.
• Develop procedures, templates, and training materials for loan systems.
• Train lenders, loan assistants, and processors on loan workflows.
• Coordinate loan operations projects and monitor progress.
• Review loan documents for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Identify process improvements and drive adoption across departments.
