Job summary

b1BANK is seeking a Lending Systems Administrator to own LaserPro and Identifi platforms, ensuring compliant, efficient loan documentation and imaging workflows. You will bridge lending operations, compliance, and technology, resolving issues and coordinating with the vendor community.

Ideal candidates combine lending operations knowledge with strong system administration and project delivery skills to optimize document workflows and system performance in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 4–7 years of lending systems administration or support experience in banking/finance.
• Experience with LaserPro and/or Identifi imaging platforms; familiarity with loan origination workflows (nCino helpful).
• Strong problem solving, communication, and documentation skills; vendor relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Administer LaserPro configuration, templates, user roles, security, and content.
• Administer Identifi imaging platform, workflows, indexing, and security.
• Maintain system updates, test environments, and implement vendor releases.
• Validate reports and support analytics for data accuracy and integrity.
• Lead or participate in projects for product implementations and process improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage access reviews; support audits and risk management.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and vendors; maintain documentation of configurations.
