Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Supervisor, Business Systems Analyst to oversee development, maintenance, training, regulatory compliance, and system support for Residential Lending applications. You will lead a team, coordinate with lines of business and technology, and ensure timely delivery and post‑implementation success.

Responsibilities include defining requirements, creating design docs, supervising testing, vendor management, and delivering effective production support to ensure lending

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of mortgage/small business/consumer/commercial loan operations.
• Minimum 5 years of business systems experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs the completion of all application enhancements and project efforts within deadlines.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements and create design documents and workflows.
• Performs in-depth testing and QA for changes, releases, and maintenance.
• Coordinates system changes with T&I division and vendors.
• Acts as liaison with vendors for system changes and manages vendor activities.
• Tracks and reports metrics on team performance and results.
