Austin Bank is seeking a Loan Business Systems Administrator in Texas to serve as the primary business resource for lending applications and user support, coordinating with Lending, Central Loan Documentation, Loan Administration, Credit Administration, Compliance, Information Technology, Data/Reporting, and third-party vendors to ensure lending systems align with policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field is required.
• Minimum 4 years in banking, lending, loan operations, or lending tech.
• Experience with lending applications and regulatory requirements is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary business resource for lending applications and user support.
• Administer lending applications from a business and operational perspective, including commercial lending systems and core interfaces.
• Maintain configuration, workflows, user roles, approvals, and product parameters to align with policies.
• Determine whether issues should be resolved by IT, operations, compliance, or vendors and coordinate resolutions.
• Collaborate with lending management to redesign processes and configure systems for efficiency and better customer service.
• Identify recurring user errors and develop training or system solutions to reduce them.
• Ensure software changes are tested in a dedicated environment before production.
• Create and maintain user documentation, procedures, quick references, and training materials.
