• 5+ years of experience supporting commercial lending operations and portfolios.
• Experience analyzing loan, credit, portfolio, risk, and operational performance data.
• Strong SQL, Snowflake, Python, and APIs for data extraction, transformation, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Insight generation, initiative ownership, and cross-functional coordination.
• Develops advanced analytics, performance insights, and management reporting.
• Translates data into actionable insights related to performance, capacity risk, and delivery optimization.
• Partners with business stakeholders to identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Supports technology initiatives, defining requirements and prioritization.
• Supports process-to-system design, ensuring alignment between operational needs and technology solutions.
• Helps drive change management and adoption efforts, including stakeholder communication and training.
• Coordinates exam preparation, RCSA cycles, and issue forums, ensuring alignment and readiness across stakeholders.
• Identifies opportunities to improve reporting, analytics frameworks, and operating processes.
