Ideal candidates have 2–7 years in banking or financial operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with Salesforce for reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

BA/BS in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, math or similar.
Extremely detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of fundamental finance and accounting concepts.
2-4 years for Associate; 4-7 years for Sr. Associate in banking or financial operations.
Strong Excel skills and financial data analysis.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Sfield experience with Salesforce and reporting.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day execution of loan funding workflows across lenders.
Compile and administer loan pools for sale to direct/indirect purchasers.
Coordinate across teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Plan and administer initiatives including partner platforms and rebate programs.
Partner with sales and channel partners to resolve operational issues.
Drive automation and process efficiency.
Contribute to cross-functional groups and ad hoc reporting.
