The position requires 5+ years in commercial lending operations, strong SQL/Snowflake/Python skills, API experience, and the ability to deliver executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial lending operations including complex portfolios.
• Experience translating data into actionable insights for executive reporting.
• Strong SQL/Snowflake/Python skills and API knowledge.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources for performance metrics.
• Ability to collaborate across credit, risk, operations and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate advanced analytics, performance insights, and management reporting.
• Translate data into actionable insights on performance, capacity risk, and delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Define requirements and support prioritization for technology initiatives.
• Assist with exam preparation, RCSA cycles, and issue forums for readiness.
