Job summary

TowneBank is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to join its centralized reporting team in Raleigh. You will transform complex loan data and regulatory requirements into Power BI dashboards for internal stakeholders, tracking the health of lending activities.

Ideal candidates have credit administration or loan portfolio reporting experience, with Power BI proficiency and strong data storytelling skills to drive strategic insights across the lending lifecycle.

Qualifications

Financial services background with 3-5 years of core banking knowledge.
5+ years of data analytics and reporting experience.
Ability to learn quickly and develop/build complex Semantics Models in Power BI.
Cloud background with basic cloud architecture concepts.
Strong leadership and communication skills; integrity.

Responsibilities

Loan Portfolio Reporting: monitor and report performance, delinquency, charge-offs, and LTV.
Credit Risk Monitoring: visualize NPLs, DSCR, and credit concentration.
Regulatory & Compliance Alignment: translate regulatory requirements into automated data solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align reporting with dataneeds.
Data insights: cleanse data, optimize data flow, and build dashboards and tools.
