Job summary

vnbcareers is seeking a results-driven professional to lead strategic reporting and analytics initiatives across Commercial, Residential, and Consumer Lending. You will partner with lending units, IT, and vendors to deliver system enhancements and effective data-driven solutions.

The role requires strong communication, project leadership, and hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Snowflake, and SQL to improve visibility, automate processes, and support risk management and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in commercial loan servicing, loan ops, banking systems support, or related financial services.
• 3+ years leading projects, system implementations, or tech initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple strategic reporting, analytics, technology, and operational projects with timely delivery.
• Serve as liaison between lending units, IT, core banking support, vendors, and external partners for enhancements and implementations.
• Design, develop, and enhance operational reporting and analytics using Power BI, Power Apps, and Snowflake to provide actionable insights.
• Evaluate processes and controls; implement improvements for efficiency, reporting accuracy, risk management, and performance.
• Define and maintain data standards, governance, and reporting requirements across lending operations.
