Job summary

Redwood Credit Union is seeking a Full Time Member Relationship Specialist to deliver exceptional member service, assist with new accounts and loan transactions, and cross-sell products. You will serve as the face of the credit union, helping members and community partners while ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance with policies.

Key duties include opening accounts, processing loans, performing teller transactions, and cross-selling services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial services and member accounts.
• Able to balance cash and perform teller transactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to cross-sell and refer products.
• Willingness to work rotating Saturdays.
• Licensing requirements: NMLS and CA Insurance compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members, volunteers, staff and service providers.
• Cross-sell Redwood Credit Union products and services.
• Open accounts and match member needs to products and services.
• Determine appropriate loan products and collect loan documents.
• Complete loan funding and suggest additional products or services.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard member information.
