• Minimum of two years in a customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze customer financial information.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions.
• Aim to meet or exceed individual and branch sales goals for products and services.
• Learn applicable laws to ensure compliant actions.
• Maintain a cash drawer and handle daily deposits as required.
