Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a sales position.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to develop business and follow up.
Meet or exceed individual and branch performance goals.
Build relationships with customers through solution-focused communication.
Present loan options clearly and compliantly.
Process loan applications and collect required credit, income, and financial information.
Educate customers on loan terms and payment expectations.
Maintain cash drawer and assist daily operations.
