• Review all types of credit applications for approval.
• Analyze credit and audit renewal files for compliance.
• Ensure documentation including debt to income ratio and financial stability.
• Perform credit and background inquiries.
• Prepare pricing summary sheets and rate lock tickets.
• Prepare credit approval documentation for approved loans.
• Review credit reports and determine validity of future customers.
• Review SBA Express and Scored requests for approval or decline.
• Review Secretary of state and Articles of Incorporation to determine ownership and review fraudulent information.
• Independent and dependent worker.
• Detail oriented.
