First Horizon Corp. is seeking a motivated Centralized Lending Score Underwriter to support new loan originations and the loan portfolio. This onsite role covers all loan types up to 250M, with business credit cards up to 50-100M, and renewal portfolio exposure up to 1M.

You will review credit applications, assess debt-to-income, verify documentation, and prepare underwriting packages for approval. The position emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and independent work.

• Review all types of credit applications for approval.
• Analyze credit and audit renewal files for compliance.

• Perform credit and background inquiries.
• Prepare pricing summaries and rate lock tickets.
• Prepare credit approval documentation for approved loans.
• Review credit reports and determine validity of future customers.
• Review SBA Express and Scored requests for approval/decline.
• Review Secretary of State filings to determine ownership and fraud flags.
