Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Portfolio Manager to assist in risk assessment and management of the loan portfolio. You will provide analytical and credit oversight, with responsibility for annual reviews, covenant compliance, and financial collection within assigned credits.

Responsibilities

Evaluates risk rating of prospects and existing credits; identifies risk trends and notifies supervisor.
Partners with Relationship Managers to meet clients and gather financial data for underwriting.
Analyzes cash flow and financial indicators for commercial and individual borrowers.
Prepares financial spreads, credit presentations, and loan pricing models for approvals.
Assists in pricing and structure of new loans and renewals.
Coordinates loan closing and booking events.
Monitors industry trends and analyzes risk signals.
Ensures renewal letters and covenant compliance are completed.
