Purpose Financial/Advance America is seeking a Consumer Lending Sales Specialist to drive customer growth and loan solutions. You will use sales and marketing techniques to acquire customers, service a growing loan portfolio, and educate customers on loan terms while maintaining compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma (some college preferred) and prior experience in sales or customer service. Pay is up to $16/hour with bonus potential and a strong focus on performance and results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Sales and/or customer service experience required, or equivalent experience.
• Strong math, communication, and ability to read and apply information.
• Familiarity with loan terms, policies, and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities
