Job summary

Mariner Finance is hiring for a customer-facing sales role in Florida. The position involves outbound calls, presenting lending solutions, managing relationships, and meeting sales goals in a fast-paced consumer finance environment.

You will work with customers to understand needs, process loan applications, and ensure compliant, clear communication of terms and services. Base pay is hourly with uncapped bonus opportunities and PTO/holidays. Schedule aligns with branch hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to leverage and learn new sales platforms and cutting-edge technologies.
• Capable of sustaining or exceeding individual sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to develop business and follow up on opportunities.
• Support branch growth by meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and identify lending options.
• Process loan applications and gather required credit, income, and financial information.
• Present loan solutions clearly and compliantly; educate on terms and services.
• Maintain cash drawer responsibilities and processing of payments.
