The role partners with Legal, Risk, and Lending leadership to implement scalable compliance frameworks supporting responsible growth and strong risk management.

The role requires extensive experience in lending compliance and leadership, with a focus on governance, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mortgage/consumer lending compliance or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, managing teams.
• Bondable and eligible for required compliance credentials.

Responsabilités

• Lead Lending Compliance and Quality Control team across lending lines.
• Oversee HMDA reporting, ECOA/Fair Lending, and QC reviews.
• Develop and maintain scalable compliance processes and controls.
• Coordinate regulatory exams, audits, and remediation efforts.
• Communicate compliance performance and risks to Lending leadership.
