Job summary

UFCU is seeking a Manager, Lending Compliance and Quality Control to lead the compliance program across Mortgage, Consumer, and Commercial Lending. This role partners with Legal, Lending, Risk, and others to build a scalable framework, strengthen governance, and ensure regulatory alignment while supporting UFCU’s growth strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mortgage/consumer lending compliance or related regulatory area.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with team guidance and development.
• Proficiency in risk analysis, control design, and regulatory change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lending Compliance and Quality Control team to ensure HMDA, ECOA, and Fair Lending compliance.
• Own action plans from audits and examinations, coordinate remediation efforts.
• Develop and update written policies and procedures addressing regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Legal, Lending, Risk, and operations to implement scalable compliance solutions.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impact to leadership.
