Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least three years of experience in non-profit housing, banking or related finance.
• Advanced knowledge of business lending and financing small business.
• Ability to read, analyze and evaluate credit histories, financial statements and loan documents.

Responsibilities

• Outreach, coordination, and administrative support for the Enterprise Center's lending programs.
• Analyzing financial statements and projections and performing credit underwriting on loan applications.
• Reviewing credit history, collateral, personal financial statements, and proposed uses of funds.
• Preparing credit memoranda for Loan Committee decisions.
• For residential/consumer loans: ensure compliance with mortgage lending regulations and maintain MLO licensure.
• Coordinate loan closings.
• Servicing of the loan portfolio and updating lien filings.
• Post-loan technical assistance and referrals to external services.
• Manage delinquent collections with escalation to Lending Director.
