Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven history of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Must be able to commute to Southfield, MI full-time.
• Must pass the NMLS exam and meet mortgage licensing requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with clients via phone presentations and cultivate strong relationships.
• Reliability with consistent attendance and a willingness to be coached.
