Job summary
loanDepot is seeking a motivated ACES Lending Officer in Southfield, MI to join a nationwide inside sales team. You will undergo extensive training to ace the SAFE and National Licensing exams while gaining in-depth knowledge of mortgages and HELOCs.
Ideal candidates prioritize customer satisfaction, are tech-savvy, and have a proven sales record. Base pay starts at $15/hour during training with a monthly bonus after licensing, then a Licensed Lending Officer path with a new compensation
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven history of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Must pass the NMLS exam and meet mortgage licensing requirements.
- Customer-focused and able to connect with clients via phone presentations.
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
