• Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven history of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Location: Must be able to commute to Irvine, CA full-time.
• Licensing Requirements: Must pass the NMLS exam and meet mortgage license requirements.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to connect with clients through phone presentations.
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality with a collaborative, coachable attitude.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
