The role emphasizes sales aptitude, technology use, and customer relationship building. Compensation includes base pay during training and a licensing-based bonus thereafter, with strong career progression into Licensed Lending Officer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven history of meeting goals.
• Must be able to commute to Miami, FL full-time.
• Ability to pass the NMLS exam and meet mortgage licensing requirements.
• Proven ability to connect with clients via phone presentations and build relationships.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, coaching mindset, and teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn through a comprehensive training program covering the loan life cycle.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities and close deals.
• Develop financial acumen for mortgage products and qualify client needs.
• Adapt to industry changes and company policies.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain high ethical standards in all interactions with clients.
• Use loan processing software to manage customer information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.
