Job summary

loanDepot is offering an inside sales opportunity as an ACES Lending Officer, providing comprehensive training to master the SAFE and National Licensing exams and to understand mortgages and HELOCs.

You will work with seasoned training and sales leadership to build a strong foundation for a future Licensed Lending Officer role, with a structured path from training to licensing and performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Call center sales experience is highly preferred.
• Must be able to commute to Irvine, CA full-time.
• Must pass the NMLS exam and meet mortgage licensing requirements.
• Strong client relationships via phone presentations.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a comprehensive training program to learn the entire loan life cycle.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive performance.
• Demonstrate basic financial acumen related to mortgage products.
• Adapt to industry changes and company policies.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiently use software for loan processing and customer management.
