The program emphasizes customer-focused selling, a strong sales mindset, and readiness to carry leads from a national consumer-direct team. Chandler, AZ commute is required during training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven history of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Must be able to commute to Chandler, AZ full‑time.
• Must have the ability to pass the NMLS exam and meet mortgage requirements for state and national licenses.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with clients through phone presentations and cultivate relationships.
• Reliability with punctuality, willingness to be coached and to collaborate.
