loanDepot is seeking motivated individuals for an ACES Lending Officer role within our consumer direct sales team. You will undergo comprehensive training to ace the SAFE and National Licensing exams and gain exposure to mortgages and HELOCS while collaborating with our training and sales leadership.
The ideal candidate has a proven sales record, is tech-friendly, and dedicated to exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- Must be able to commute to Miami, FL full-time.
- Ability to pass the NMLS exam and meet mortgage licensing requirements.
- Strong client relationship skills via phone presentations.
Responsibilities
- Learn through a comprehensive training program covering the full loan life cycle.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities.
- Understand basic financial concepts and mortgage products.
- Be adaptable to industry changes and company policies.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
