Utilities Employees Credit Union is seeking a Financial Services Consultant to assist members with consumer loan and mortgage conversations, delivering a positive, relationship-driven experience. The hybrid role balances on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of three years in customer service.
• Experience in credit union, financial services, consumer lending, mortgage applications, or loan processing preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, member service, and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by phone, email, online channels, and in person.
• Promote appropriate UECU products and services and conduct outreach.
• Support application-related steps and documentation collection with teams across Lending Services, Deposit Services, Call Center, Marketing and Business Development.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance in all member interactions.
