Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of customer service experience.
• Credit union/financial services experience preferred.
• Mortgage application or loan processing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, sales and member service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries by phone, email, online channels, and in person.
• Promote UE CU products and services.
• Conduct outreach and follow-up to ensure a smooth member experience.
• Support application-related steps and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
