Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year consumer lending experience.
• Experience in high-volume sales and service environments.
• Understanding of credit analysis and lending policies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct loan interviews and identify member needs to offer solutions.
• Complete and submit loan applications per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Cross-sell ancillary products while meeting penetration goals.
• Maintain a loan pipeline and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely decisions.
• Provide excellent member service and support to resolve inquiries.
