Job summary

Renovo Financial, LLC is seeking a Managing Director, Lending to lead and grow the real estate lending platform. The MD will originate loans, build and lead a high-performing team, and manage a book targeting $100MM+ annual originations with capital and marketing support from Renovo.

You will develop client relationships with real estate investors, drive growth, and ensure credit quality while delivering Renovo’s customer-focused service and advisory excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in real estate/mortgage lending leading a sales team.
• Strong business sense and Lending industry expertise.
• Live in the Region they serve.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Growth mindset and hands-on, proactive.
• Ability to handle pressure and strong problem-solving/critical thinking.
• Learning agility and intellectual curiosity; drives own development.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow the book of business and build a strong client base.
• Lead a POD to maximize production and maintain high NPS scores.
• Develop junior lenders and manage relationships.
• Oversee loan production and ensure profitable, performing loans.
• Advise clients with strategic lending solutions.
• Manage portfolio including workouts and complex scenarios.
• Promote Renovo's culture and values.
