Job summary

Renovo Financial, a Chicago-based private lender, is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to join our lending team. You will gather and analyze credit information on current and potential borrowers and help determine the advisability of extending credit for real estate loans.

You will support the VP of Lending by drafting clear loan recommendations, managing data from credit bureaus and tax returns, and helping keep the credit policy up-to-date.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of real estate credit analysis experience, preferably at a community bank or private lender.
• Experience gathering data from credit bureaus, tax returns, and assets for loan analysis.
• Ability to prepare concise executive summaries and loan recommendations.
