Job summary

Members 1st Federal Credit Union is seeking a Lending Compliance Advisor to support the Compliance Program for consumer and lending activities. The role reports to the Consumer Compliance Assistant Manager and requires developing training programs to educate associates on lending compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will review lending products, disclosures, and processes for regulatory alignment, conduct testing, and provide expert guidance on regulatory interpretations.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of related experience in lending compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• CRCM and/or NCCO/CUCO compliance certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in the regulatory environment and conduct risk assessments.
• Perform internal and external compliance reviews for lending activities.
• Provide regulatory interpretation, advisory reviews, and training support.
• Assist in projects for new product rollouts and draft reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with Risk and Compliance to address violations or deficiencies.
