Qualifications

• 5–8 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Certification in Compliance (CRCM and/or NCCO/CUCO)

Responsabilités

• Assist with the Compliance Program operations under supervision.
• Ensure Lending compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and perform risk assessments.
• Conduct internal/external compliance reviews and research.
• Develop training programs on lending compliance for associates.
