Qualifications

• 2 years of client service experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and adhere to goals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in processing.

Responsibilities

• Provides front line customer service to clients via phone, online and in-person to ensure a positive experience.
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships with internal and external clients and third parties.
• Coordinates office operations and supports events and related activities.
• Assists Sales Team in determining appropriate client products and delivery tools.
• Acts as a back up to the Contact Center when needed.
