CountryPlace Mortgage in Plano, TX is hiring a Lending Associate Supervisor to oversee Lending Associates and ensure accurate credit decisions. The role collaborates with Loan Officers, Processors, Underwriting and Compliance to render decisions and drive approvals.

The position requires a BA/BS and at least 1 year in Manufactured Housing Lending, with strong Excel skills and leadership abilities. Local candidates preferred for an in-office role at our Plano campus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Finance or Management.
• 1 year of Manufactured Housing Lending experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the review and analysis of loan applications to ensure compliant credit decisions.
• Monitor team performance and production metrics.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through feedback and reviews.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex loan scenarios.
• Review and streamline processes for optimal efficiency.
• Refer loan requests with documentation to underwriters.
