Job summary

National Funding is seeking a Lender Relations Specialist to join our Maitland, FL office. The role works onsite Monday through Friday, supporting the sales team and external lenders to ensure complete documentation and fast, accurate funding.

Responsibilities include auditing incoming documents, gathering missing information, communicating with customers and lenders, and using lender portals to verify files.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an office and customer service environment.
• Ability to understand working capital business loans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook; internet savvy.

Responsibilities

• Audit and verify incoming documentation per lender guidelines.
• Coordinate missing information with sales team to fund.
• Communicate with customers and external lenders via email and phone.
• Maintain lender relationships and monitor portal activity for accuracy.
• Assist in achieving monthly funded volume goals and updates.
