Jet HomeLoans, LLC is seeking a Mortgage Funder in Orlando to ensure mortgage loan documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulations and company policies.

You will work with loan officers, underwriters, and closing teams to fund loans timely, verify funding calculations, and maintain filing accuracy in accordance with policy.

A high school diploma is required; 2+ years in mortgage funding or related roles preferred, with strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s in finance, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage funding, underwriting, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, processors, closers and closing agents to address issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and process loan funding documents and disbursement of funds.
• Maintain accurate records of all funding activities and documentation.
• Identify and resolve issues during the funding process and escalate delays to Closing Management.
