Job summary

National Funding is seeking a Funding Coordinator for our Maitland, FL office. You will ensure complete funding packages, coordinate with sales, brokers, and credit teams, and process documentation to fund loans efficiently and accurately.

Role requires 2+ years in an office/customer service setting, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Sign, and Salesforce (preferred). Onsite position with growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an office and customer service environment.
• Understand the structure of a working capital business loan.
• Professional demeanor in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Ability to build credibility with internal sales staff, broker partners, and credit teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and/or with a team.
• Maintains confidentiality and exercises good judgment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce (preferred).
• Willingness to seek continuing education and self-improvement.
• Demonstrates alignment with company values (Commit, Results, Collaborate, Change).

Responsibilities

• Generates documents using Adobe Sign and addendums and organizes missing information to fund each loan.
• Reviews signed documents for legitimacy and accuracy per bank guidelines.
• Applies fraud prevention techniques during loan processing.
• Performs verification calls with competitors and banks during due diligence.
• Confirms contract terms with borrowers and validates signor identity on the agreement.
• Uses the internet and third party resources to verify customer and business information.
• Interprets credit approvals and clears stipulations with supporting documents.
• Collaborates with sales, brokers, and credit teams to collect fund items.
• Funds working capital packages within SLA.
• Other duties as assigned.
