Job summary

National Funding is seeking a Lender Relations Specialist to join our Maitland, FL office. The role works onsite Monday through Friday, supporting the sales team and external lenders to ensure complete documentation and fast, accurate funding.

Responsibilities include auditing incoming documents, gathering missing information, communicating with customers and lenders, and using lender portals to verify files.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an office and customer service environment.

Lender Relations Specialist

• Onsite Full Time, Monday-Friday, 5-days per week/8-hours per day.
• Non-Exempt/Hourly Pay Range: $26.92-29.80/hour ($56,000-62,000 annualized). Position eligible for additional incentives including bonus, 401(k) match, health and welfare benefits, amazing culture, growth opportunity and more!!
• Location: Our beautiful Maitland, FL offices.

General Summary:

Working directly with the sales team, sales management and external lenders, this role ensures that all documentation, communication and files are complete in service to fast and accurate funding. This role will be responsible for developing good working relationships both internally and externally and work to continuously improve customer journeys.

Major Responsibilities:

• Performs review of all incoming documentation including auditing and verifying documents for accuracy using external lender guidelines.
• Works directly with the sales team and sales management to collect the necessary missing information to fund.
• Communicate with customers to help sales team and sales management
• Maintains constant email and verbal communication with external lenders.
• Utilizes external lender portals and other resources to verify file accuracy through the customer journey.
• Facilitate credit approvals and understand how to clear credit stipulations and gather the proper supporting documentation.
• Working with assigned sales manager on monthly goals, funded volume requirements and lender credit/funding updates.
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• 4+ years of experience in an office and customer service environment.
• Possesses the ability to understand the structure of a working capital business loan.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong, effective verbal and written communications skills.
• Must be able to work independently and/or with a team.
• Maintains strict confidentiality and exercises solid judgment to complete assigned tasks.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications and Outlook for email. Strong internet skills.
• Willingness and desire to seek continuing education and self-improvement.
