Jobot’s San Diego office is seeking a Litigation Paralegal focused on Lemon Law and Consumer Warranty matters. The role supports trial‑ready cases, with duties spanning from discovery to court filings, under attorney supervision, in a fast‑paced environment.

Ideal candidates hold a BA with ABA‑approved paralegal certification, 1–3 years of litigation experience, and proficiency in Spanish. 100% onsite in San Diego during standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and ABA‑approved paralegal certificate.
• Bilingual Spanish (native/professional proficiency) strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years litigation experience, preferably in consumer warranty or Lemon Law.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, professional, and accountable.
• 100% onsite in San Diego office; must be able to perform all duties during regular business hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing evidence and exhibits.
• Support attorneys with depositions, court filings, and motion work.
• Prepare and manage written discovery responses.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents under attorney supervision.
• Maintain case files and ensure documentation accuracy up to date.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff professionally and promptly.
• Work closely with attorneys to ensure cases are trial‑ready and deadlines met.
