Ideal candidates hold a BA with ABA‑approved paralegal certification, 1–3 years of litigation experience, and proficiency in Spanish. 100% onsite in San Diego during standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and ABA‑approved paralegal certificate.
• Bilingual Spanish (native/professional proficiency) strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years litigation experience, preferably in consumer warranty or Lemon Law.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, professional, and accountable.
• 100% onsite in San Diego office; must be able to perform all duties during regular business hours.

Salary: $60,000 - $72,800 per year, with overtime.

We are a premier consumer warranty and Lemon Law firm in San Diego representing clients against major automakers. Our team values independent, detail-oriented paralegals who can contribute directly to trial‑ready cases.
