Job summary

Jobot in San Diego is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our consumer warranty and lemon law team. This is a 100% onsite role with a private office, parking, and modern facilities, offering $100,000–$200,000 salary depending on experience plus billable-hour bonuses.

You will take and defend depositions, prepare for trials, handle law and motion, and coordinate discovery with a collaborative team of attorneys and support staff.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license.
• 0–5 years of litigation experience (consumer warranty or lemon law preferred).
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Role is onsite in San Diego; hybrid may be considered after 3–6 months.

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare for trials, including case strategy and evidence organization.
• Handle law and motion work.
• Attend court appearances.
• Draft and respond to written discovery.
• Work directly under a senior attorney while collaborating with a team of attorneys and support staff.
• Interact with clients and opposing counsel, providing professional, timely, and strategic guidance.
• Take ownership of cases and exercise independent judgment while being supported by the team.
