A legal services firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for its San Diego office. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate, with 1–3 years of litigation experience, preferably in consumer warranty or Lemon Law. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred. Responsibilities include assisting with trial preparation, drafting legal documents, and maintaining case files. This role requires close collaboration with attorneys to ensure trial readiness. A competitive salary package and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of litigation experience, preferably in consumer warranty or Lemon Law.
• Must be detail-oriented, professional, and accountable.

Responsabilités

• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing evidence and exhibits.
• Support attorneys with depositions, court filings, and law & motion work.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents under attorney supervision.
• Maintain case files and ensure all documentation is accurate.
• Communicate with clients and court staff professionally.
