Qualifications

• Paralegal certification or equivalent in consumer protection or auto law.
• Experience in lemon law or related civil litigation.
• Strong knowledge of procedural law and civil litigation support.
• Familiarity with PCLaw, iManage, Westlaw, LexisNexis.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, pleadings, and correspondence in lemon law claims.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Manage case files using iManage and PCLaw.
• Interview clients and witnesses for case development.
• Review vehicle repair records and warranty documentation.
• Coordinate case status updates with clients while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support discovery, document review, and court preparations.
• Use LexisNexis and Westlaw to enhance case strategies.
• Data entry, filing, scheduling, and deadline management.
• Collaborate with attorneys on project management to improve workflows.
• Maintain professionalism handling sensitive information.
