Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with active California license.
• Proven Lemon Law and general/commercial litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of procedural laws for depositions and trial prep.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of Lemon Law cases, including client consultations, case evaluation, and litigation proceedings.
• Conduct thorough legal research utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and contracts with precision.
• Prepare for and participate in court depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes aligned with client interests.
• Maintain comprehensive case management records, ensuring compliance with procedural law requirements.
• Provide clear and consistent communication to clients regarding case developments and legal options.
• Collaborate with colleagues on general and commercial litigation matters, including personal injury and employment law issues.
• Stay informed about evolving laws related to statutory legal research and related fields.
