Qualifications

• JD required with active CA license.
• Proven Lemon Law and general litigation experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and case management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of Lemon Law cases, including client consultations, evaluation, and litigation.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlements, and contracts.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and maintain thorough case records.
• Communicate case developments to clients clearly.
